Currently, the Monroe Clerk of Court is Cheryl Dinolfo. Chery Dinolfo is the 37^th person to become a Clerk of Court in Monroe County. The first was Nathaniel Rochester who had took the office as the Clerk of Court of the Monroe County in 1891 following the creation of the Monroe County.

The Office of the County Clerk is responsible for the different duties such as County registrar. This office serves as the official registrar for the deeds, mortgages, assignments and satisfactions or mortgages judgments as well as liens.
